The VPF processes historical tick data, aggregating and presenting the horizontal distribution of volume against corresponding price levels on a chart. It typically highlights the Point of Control (POC), which indicates the price level with the highest traded volume, and the Value Area (VA), encompassing a specified percentage of the total volume traded around the POC.
